Great customer service -  report was delivered to me on a Friday evening to accommodate a 2nd viewing at the property the following day which was really helpful! Used Ashton Lee for a Level 3 building survey on a Victorian terrace and would recommend them without hesitation. Jordan was thorough and the report was genuinely useful rather than just a list of disclaimers. Every issue was photographed, explained in clear English and set out with what actually needs doing about it and who needs to do it. He also took the time to go through the findings with me on the phone afterwards and gave me straight answers. He passed on contractor recommendations too, which saved me a lot of guesswork. Would definitely recommend Ashton Lee. We have had a few surveys through Ashton Lee as unfortunately we had a few house purchases fall through, and we always used Ashton Lee as they were professional throughout and always very responsive to emails/queries and fast at processing the report. Lee’s survey was very thorough in all aspects of our proposed house purchase.
